Problem:
Email was setup with six different hosting providers - some had pop accounts, some had Exchange and some had IMAP mailboxes. This caused problems sharing data, management, calendar invites, global address lists, email forwarding and many other issues.
Resolution:
Letsma setup a new office 365 account and migrated the data using a staged migration, this allowed each domain to go live one at a time. Once the domains had all been migrated across, the benefited from Exchange mailboxes, Anti-Spam and Anti Malware protection, Shared Calendars, Shared Mailboxes, a Single Global Address List and many other benefits Office 365 has. As well as migrating the email, the DNS was migrated into 365 and the domains into a single registration account.

Problem:
Intermittent problems WiFi and Networking – Tills kept losing connected to the server, WiFi would lock up – the only solution was to restart everything.
Resolution:
Letsma removed the existing four WiFi Access Points and replaced them with three CloudTrax A60’s. Three 16 Port switches were removed and replaced with single 48 Port Cisco POE Managed switch. The switch was configured with 4 separate VLANs; Public, Private, Tills and PDQ. The CloudTrax Access Points were then configured with three SSID’s to allow separation for Customer, private and till networks. Since the new hardware has been installed and configured there have been no networking issues on site.

Problem:
Invoice matching
Resolution:
Letsma were asked to write SharePoint workflows to match invoices using Microsoft Flow. The invoices were scanned into a SharePoint Library using PSI Capture, the captures the relevant information on the invoices. The Flows performs numerous checks on the invoice against the original purchase order, if everything matches it takes the invoice off hold in their accounts software, if something does not match it puts the invoice in query for the accounts team to investigate further.

Problem:
To obtain an industry accreditation, a full Disaster Recovery solution was required
Resolution:
Letsma used Microsoft Azure and Hyper V technologies to setup a full Disaster Recovery site. A new network was setup in Azure with a VPN link back to their main office. All servers at their HQ were converted to Hyper-V Virtual machines using their existing hardware. Hyper V replication was then setup between HQ and Azure, this ensures all data is replicated every fifteen minutes. In the event of a disaster the replicated Hyper V machines can be switched on and accessed from a Terminal Server hosted in Azure. On top of the replication the Azure backup agent was installed and configured on each server with a 180 day retention policy.

Problem:
Continuously failing PCI compliance scans resulting in fines.
Resolution:
Letsma worked with the existing hardware onsite and re-configured the router and switches. The router had many open ports from the outside world causing the PCI scans to fail, rules were created on the router to allow connections only known IP addresses. The switches were separated; one for PDQ’s and one for the office equipment. The PCI scans are now scheduled to run every 90days to ensure compliance is maintained.
